1, What is the cost of a fountain ?

造景噴水池的成本為何？

A : A fountain is made of two parts : the pumps and the pond. The cost of the pumps is almost fixed but there are many choices for the pond. From very cheap to very expensive.

一個造景噴水池由兩部份所構成：水邦浦和水池。水邦浦的部份，只跟使用數目有關，成本幾乎是固定。但是水池部份則有非常多的選擇。最昂貴的請建築師設計，次昂貴的買個假山假石的水池也要幾萬元，當然也可以如我們所使用的塑膠水池再加上一些假花假草園藝布置，那就只要幾千元就可搞定。

2, Does the fountain need maintenance?

造景噴水池需要保養維護嗎？

A: Of course. The pump is afraid of sand, hair, leaves and debris. It is better to periodically check and maintain the pumps to keep them work well.

當然需要。水邦浦最怕砂石、頭髮、落葉和碎片之類的堵塞。所以，最好能夠定期維修保養。這方面我們可以協助。

3, Can the LED strip be replaced with another one with different length ?

LED燈條可不可以換成同樣型態，但不同長度的燈條？

A: No. Because the consumption power has been designed to match the AC adaptor.

不行。因為燈條的消耗電流是事先設計過，可以與搭配的AC變壓器匹配的。

4. How long does it take for a control box to connect to a WiFi AP ?

控制盒要連上WiFi分享器需時多久？

A : After power is on, it takes the control box around 10 seconds to connect to a WiFi AP. But for some weak WiFi cases the re-try may take half a minute.
接上電源後，控制盒需要10秒左右以連上WiFi分享器。但是某些WiFi較弱的情形，發生re-try時會長到半分鐘。

5. Will the IP address appearing on the control box change ?
控制盒上出現的IP位址會變嗎？

A : Most of the times IP address does not change but sometimes it does. So it is better to check the IP address after power-on before software linking.
大部分時候 IP位址並不會變動，但是有時確實會變。所以，最好在控制盒接電後軟體連線之前，查一下IP位址。

6. Is the connection between the software and the control box robust and stable ?
軟體和控制盒之間的聯繫是不是很紮實而且穩定？

A : It is up to the WiFi quality. The communication could become weaker in case of long distance or obstacles between. Usually the WiFi connection is quite stable.
這要看WiFi的品質。在長距離或中間有障礙的情況下，連線會變得較弱。但通常情況下，WiFi連線是非常穩定的。

7. What will happen if the control box loses WiFi connection with the software ?
如果控制盒失去與軟體的WiFi聯繫，會發生甚麼狀況？

A : The remote device will stop working after 30 seconds and the control box will try to connect with WiFi AP again. In case of success, wait for the software to link and give new instructions.
遠端元件在30秒之後會停止工作，並且控制盒會嘗試與WiFi分享器重新連結。如果成功，會等待軟體重新Link和給予新的指示。

8. Is it possible to connect more than 10 remote devices at a time ?
有沒有可能一次連接10個以上的遠端元件？

A : Yes. Just copy the software and rename the file name. You can control up 20, 30, 40,… devices at a time.
可以。只要複製軟體，並將軟體改名稱。你可以一次控制20, 30, 40,…個遠端元件。
